Lester Brown PBS special, Plan B 2.0

The bottom line, in my opinion, is that there is literally nothing more important to work on than the issues raised here - no matter what your politics, no matter what your theories of whether Climate Change is truth or false, the consequences of failing to act are catastrophically unacceptable. Pick a topic: energy, clean water or air, the destruction of the natural fish sanctuaries, coral reefs,  the melting ice caps, plutonium 239, the food supply, population explosions everywhere, unsustainable economic systems, corporatization of government, and ultimately, the consequences of using violence to resolve disputes about all of this.

What are we going to do about this mess?   Mr. Brown has very good ideas for your consideration.  Listen to him.

If you do nothing else this week, watch this film, streaming here thanks for PBS, with an ironic lead ads from the Goldman Sachs to set up the piece...I have read his book cover to cover and can assure you that you will not be disappointed.
